Ana Giliberti

Aloha, I'm Ana. I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist serving the Hawaiian Islands.
I was born and raised in Brazil and have had the privilege of serving the islands since 1998, in different capacities.
As a therapist, It would be an honor to offer you support you as you navigate life's challenges. I strive to provide a safe, compassionate and inclusive space where you may explore the dynamics of your family of origin, culture and environment. This often allows for inner discovery and awareness, providing a foundation for self compassion. As you learn more about yourself and your surroundings, you can work on what is important to you: managing your mental health and symptoms, change your lifestyle and habits or improve your relationships, for example.
